WINTER AT PYE

Broadway, Cotswolds

November 8-10th 2024

Find us tucked away in the Cotswolds countryside for what we can only imagine to be a weekend of pure bliss.

A quintessentially British weekend awaits; enjoy warm, hearty home-cooked meals, mooch around nearby cobbled villages, stroll the surrounding countryside or snuggle up by a live fire. The ultimate recipe for a wholesome winter getaway in the UK.

Our mornings begin all together with dynamic yoga practice, as always, and close with evening yin or slow flow to wind down the day. We hope to see you around the dinner table and embrace the colder, slower, quieter winter days ahead.

Zoë Markos-Thresher

Yoga Teacher & Host

South East London Yoga Teacher, Zoë Markos-Thresher, will be your host and yoga facilitator throughout the retreat.

A Kent country girl at heart; Zoë has grown up to really appreciate the benefits of escaping the city and coming home to nature. Zoë’s intention when curating this retreat is to give you a space to rest, be taken care of and leave feeling just a little lighter, with the best of the UK around you to unwind in and explore.

With over 400 training hours accumulated in the styles of Vinyasa, Mandala, Rocket & Yin, Zoë will guide you through twice daily extended practises during your weekend immersion to deepen and give that bit of extra time to your practise.

Jesse Kempner

Private Chef

Head Chef at Mindful Chef, Jesse Kempner, teamed up with Zoë at the most recent Kyanos, Zakynthos retreat in June 2024. Jesse’s eye to detail, genius creativity and calm presence was one of the stand-out parts of the entire experience for our guests.

Now, we know Jesse can nail a Greek spanakopita, but this retreat is all about the UK - so, on the menu expect warm and hearty homemade dishes. Food to warm our fingers, toes and bellies. You know all those English staples you desperately crave when the colder weather comes around?

As always, we cater to dietaries and allergies - just let us know at the time of your booking!

“Zoë's retreats are beautifully curated and leave you feeling light, warm and optimistic. The morning yoga classes were relaxing but challenging and the yin classes unlocked a new level of meditation and peace. The food was amazing, and I felt nourished and taken care of. I'll be back on more retreats - Zoë's yoga and ease with everyone made this trip delightful. She has such a warm energy that made us all feel held in the space that she created. Thank you.”
